Lancaster Light Up A Life Celebration
Join us for a special Light Up A Life Celebration Event on Friday 1st December at 6.30pm. This event is a chance to pause, reflect and celebrate our loved ones who may no longer be with us, as the festive season quickly approaches.
The evening will be full of readings and music from our very own St John’s Hospice Choir and the wonderful Lancaster Brass Band.
All members of our community are welcome to attend our celebration events – even if you have not had loved ones cared for by St John’s Hospice. This is a free to attend event. There is also no need to book, but please arrive early to ensure a seat.
After the event at St Joseph’s Church, there will be a procession along Slyne Road to the St John’s Hospice grounds where we will be lighting our Christmas Tree for the season. Everyone is welcome to come along and carry lights and lanterns if you wish. There will also be refreshments served at the Hospice.
