Class fee: £7 per class | free for Centre Members

Take an hour to start your week in a positive way by discovering the power of mindfulness. Mindfulness allows us to make our mind calm and peaceful. If our mind is peaceful, we will be free from worries and mental discomfort and so we will experience true happiness; but if our mind is not peaceful we will find it very difficult to be happy, even if we are living in the very best conditions.

These classes will present effective methods for you to control your mind and experience lasting peace. You will see for yourself how mindfulness can help you unlock your potential.  Everyone welcome. You are welcome to drop-in any week.

With Sarah Kneafsey

The classes are self-contained so you can attend any week. Each class consists of two guided meditations and a Buddhist mindfulness teaching to help us solve our daily problems and find happiness. Beginners welcome.

These classes can be attended in-person or as an online event, either live or by catch up (link available for 7 days following the class.)
