2023: Wray Scarecrow Festival April 22nd to May 1st

The 2023 theme is “Magic”

The schedule of events is still being established but here are some key dates:

Sat  22nd April:  Scarecrow Festival starts, 10k Road Race (1.15pm)

Sun 23rd April:  Car boot (from 8am), Forest of Bowland Populaire (departs Institute 9am)

Mon 24th – Thu 27th April:  Maypole dancing at the School (2.30pm)

Tue 25th April: Fell Race (7pm)

Fri 28th April:  Giant Scarecrows Parade

Sat 29th April and Sun 30th April:  Local  history walks (10am, 2pm)

Mon 1st May:  Wray Fair, Great Ball Race, Local  history walks(10am)
