Cosy Homes in Lancashire – Your Local Council Affordable Warmth Scheme

In partnership with 13 other Lancashire Councils, we provide free heating, insulation, and more, so you can feel warm and well at home.

We’re currently offering free energy saving improvements, with no payback required, to home owners and private tenants.

Properties without mains gas central heating and an EPC rating of D, E, F, or G could receive air source heat pump central heating, solar panels, insulation and more!

To qualify, you must have either:

• An eligible postcode – see Eligible Postcodes OR,
• A household income under £36,000 gross OR,
• Someone at home receiving a means-tested benefit.

Applications close January 2025 but don’t delay, funding is allocated first come first served.
