Go WILD! this summer in Arnside & Silverdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty

Looking for something WILD! and fun to do as a family this summer? After the success of our half term woodland fun day, Arnside & Silverdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is doing it all again! The summer woodland fun day takes place in Dobshall Wood, Arnside on Tuesday 31 July. Get outdoors together and enjoy some pure and simple fun in the sun, and it’s free!

Stomping Ground will be running an amazing day of slacklining, woodland craft, fire lighting, campfire cookery, den building, and tool use. Suitable for all ages. Bring a picnic lunch to eat around the fire. No need to book – just turn up!

Kids who spend time outdoors are healthier, calmer, happier, and perform better at school than kids who don’t. But much more important than that – it’s fun! Bring your wellies or sturdy boots, an extra layer and waterproofs just in case and join us for a great day out!
