‘Ladies of Note present their Summer Concert for Galloways’

Local charity, Galloway’s Society for the Blind will benefit from the proceeds of a Summer Concert, held by the Ladies of Note Choir on 7th July at 7.30pm.

A variety of stunning songs will be performed by the choir for the audience to enjoy. With refreshments and a raffle also taking place, this is event is not to be missed and will set the scene for a perfect summer evening.

Galloway’s, whose Brew Me Sunshine Coffee Shop fronts their Morecambe Site on Victoria Street, is a local sight loss charity, who provide advice, support, specialist equipment, activities and trips to more than 7000 blind and visually impaired people living across Lancashire and Sefton.  The organisation could not operate without donations and legacies, and its voluntary workers.

 

Roya Armstrong, Community Fundraiser for Galloway’s Society for the Blind said  “We are so very grateful to Kate and to the ladies for putting on the concert. All funds raised really will make such a huge difference towards helping local people living with sight loss across Lancashire. Thank you so much”.

Tickets are £6.00 and can be purchased from the Brew Me Sunshine Coffee Shop, Victoria Street, Morecambe or by calling 01772 744148.  Tickets on the door will be £7.00.
