Uncle Jeremy’s Household

Welcome to Uncle Jeremy’s Household, located in the centre of the beautiful tourist village of Ingleton, on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. Our shop is named after a short story written by Arthur Conan Doyle in 1885, which was set in and around Ingleton. His mother lived in the nearby hamlet of Masongill from 1883 until 1917 and Arthur was married at the local church, St Oswald’s in Thornton-in-Lonsdale in 1885. Today’s Uncle Jeremy’s Household sells an eclectic mix of fair trade, traditional and novel items for babies & toddlers, plus a few indulgences for the home.

Open 10am – 5pm 6 days a week (Closed Wednesdays)
