Down to Earth Yoga and Nordic Walking



Yoga has become so popular, but you need to choose the right teacher for your needs. We live in such a high pressured society, we need a space where we can find some stillness and move with ease and grace in a safe and supported environment.

Helen qualified as a Hatha British Wheel of Yoga Teacher over 15 yrs ago and has regular classes, workshops and retreats in the region. You can expect a friendly welcome, a chance to settle on your mat, tuning in to ourselves, followed by some creative accessible postures, and a relaxation, all within an hour. We will not be doing un-achievable, gymnastic poses, so rest assured you will not feel out of place.

You will need to be able to get up and down from the floor to take part in the classes.

The benefits of yoga are huge, including reducing stress, improving your sense of well-being, lowering blood pressure, easing headaches, better sleep and lots more.

Helen Dixon teaches weekly classes at Lancaster Library in Market Square Each Thursday 5.30pm to 6.30pm or Saturday morning 10am to 11am. The classes are only £5 per class.
